Side burners in single and double configurations for the sauce, the sides, and the crawfish boil the grill cannot handle. Drop-ins including cocktail centers, an ice bucket, a food warmer, a full 30 inch bar center, and a stainless sink with faucet and soap dispenser, because the trip back inside for water is the trip that ends a party. Refrigeration in outdoor-rated stainless, including a beer tap model that puts draft in the backyard.
