Where Your Order Ships From

Feast & Fire Co. is an authorized Cal Flame dealer. Every product we sell is built to order by Cal Flame at their factory in Pomona, California, and ships from that factory directly to your address by freight carrier. We do not warehouse inventory ourselves. Your unit comes straight from the manufacturer, crated at the factory, which is how it stays in factory-new condition and carries Cal Flame's full warranty. Free Curbside Freight Delivery

Every order ships free by freight carrier with curbside delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States. Curbside means the carrier brings your crated product to the end of your driveway or the nearest safe roadside point at your address. The driver does not bring the product into your yard, garage, or home, and does not unpack or assemble it.

Moving the product from the curb to its final spot is the customer's responsibility. Most customers arrange this themselves. If you would like that step handled for you, white glove delivery is available as a paid upgrade. Contact us before ordering and we will quote it for your address.

Build and Delivery Timeline

Every Cal Flame product is built to order. Most orders are built and crated in about one week, then ship by freight. Typical delivery is 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order.

Grills and certain components are manufactured off-site. On occasion a large commercial order clears the factory's available stock of a particular unit. If that affects your build, we will contact you within 3 business days of your order with a real timeline. In that situation, production can take up to 18 weeks.

If a delayed timeline does not work for you, you may cancel at that point for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fee. We will always tell you what we know as soon as we know it. We would rather lose an order than surprise you four months later.

At Delivery

Someone must be present to receive the delivery, and we require a phone number at checkout so the freight carrier can schedule with you. Inspect the crate before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Report concealed damage to us within 5 business days with photos.

Installation

We do not provide installation services. Gas appliances must be connected by a licensed plumber or certified gas technician. Electrical work should be performed by a licensed electrician. Outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, and islands are for outdoor use only and must never be installed in a garage, shed, breezeway, or any area walled on two or more sides.
