Free Curbside Freight Delivery

Every order ships free by freight carrier with curbside delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States. Curbside means the carrier brings your crated product to the end of your driveway or the nearest safe roadside point at your address. The driver does not bring the product into your yard, garage, or home, and does not unpack or assemble it.

Moving the product from the curb to its final spot is the customer's responsibility. Most customers arrange this themselves. If you would like that step handled for you, white glove delivery is available as a paid upgrade. Contact us before ordering and we will quote it for your address.

Build and Delivery Timeline

Our products are built to order. Plan on about 5 business days for your unit to be built and crated, plus freight transit time based on your location. Most orders arrive within 10 to 14 business days of purchase. We will keep you updated from order to delivery.

At Delivery

Someone must be present to receive the delivery. Inspect the crate before signing. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt. Report concealed damage to us within 5 business days with photos.

Installation

We do not provide installation services. Gas appliances must be connected by a licensed plumber or certified gas technician. Electrical work should be performed by a licensed electrician.
