Terms of Service

Overview. This website is operated by Feast & Fire Co. LLC ("we," "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and Orders. All products are built to order by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping addresses we cannot serve. Product images are representative; finishes and configurations may vary slightly as products are custom manufactured.

Pricing and Payment. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Applicable sales tax is collected where required by law.

Shipping and Risk of Loss. Orders ship by freight carrier with free curbside delivery per our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Inspect deliveries before signing and report damage per our Refund Policy.

Returns. All sales are final. Products are custom built to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun, as described in our Refund Policy.

Warranties. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We make no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gas appliances must be installed by a licensed plumber or certified gas technician; improper installation may void the manufacturer warranty.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feast & Fire Co. LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property. All site content is the property of Feast & Fire Co. LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes. We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always posted on this page.
