All Sales Final - Custom Built Products

Every Cal Flame outdoor kitchen island, grill, fire pit, and fireplace we sell is built to order. Your unit is manufactured, configured, and crated specifically for your purchase. Because of that, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Damaged Deliveries

Inspect your delivery before the driver leaves. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. If you find concealed damage after unpacking, report it to us within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We will work with the manufacturer and the freight carrier to make it right.

Manufacturer Warranty

Defects in materials and workmanship are covered under the Cal Flame manufacturer warranty. We file and manage warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. Contact us with your order number and documentation and we will take it from there.
