Five cast stainless burners plus two infrared, 1,000 square inches of grate, and Cal Flame's patented convection system moving hot air through the entire cavity with the hood down. Even heat corner to corner, faster preheat, and the ability to bake outdoors while you grill.
Convection cuts cooking times by up to 30 percent and uses up to 25 percent less fuel than a conventional grill.
